A: I have a diverse background that blends my passions and skills. I graduated with degrees in accounting, auditing, marketing, and financial management. During my studies, I discovered a fascination with website design, which ignited my interest in design, particularly interior design and digital art. My involvement in various extracurricular activities during my school and college years, such as art, music, sports, and drama, fueled my passion and taught me the value of giving my all. Now, I combine my diverse experiences and interests in my business, Reflections Dental Studio.
Q: What key experiences or milestones have significantly shaped your professional development?
A: Opening the first Reflections Dental Care office in 2014 was a significant milestone. It was a leap of faith, starting a business in a new country with limited knowledge of the dental industry. Celebrating 10 years of success is a testament to my determination and ability to learn and grow. This experience has been transformative, giving me the confidence to pursue my vision for Reflections Dental Studio.
Q: How do you describe the work of Reflections Dental Studio?
A: Reflections Dental Studio is designed to be a departure from the typical, often dreaded, dental visit. I want to change the relationship between the patient and their care by removing the roadblocks created by the insurance industry, and create a space where patients feel comfortable and relaxed. We incorporate spa-like amenities, soothing treatment rooms, and a welcoming atmosphere to enhance the overall experience. We're also committed to community engagement through our studio classes, which will feature speakers on health and wellness, including Dr. G, who will share insights on holistic dental care. Our goal is to make a positive difference in the dentistry world.
Q: What does a typical day look like for you?
A: Every day is different! My work spans various areas, including business development, real estate, and managing Reflections Dental Studio. One day I might be hiring and interviewing new team members, while the next day involves overseeing construction projects or responding to emails and calls. My days are never typical, which keeps me energized and engaged.
Q: Can you tell us a story about Reflections Dental Studio that inspires you?
A: At our previous clinic, I witnessed the positive impact that small, thoughtful touches had on our patients. Even simple things, like a comfort menu or a welcoming drink, made a difference in their experience. It inspired me to elevate every aspect of the patient journey and create a truly exceptional dental studio. The positive feedback from patients who appreciate the unique atmosphere and amenities motivates me to continue innovating and exceeding expectations.

A: My unwavering hard work, dedication, and genuine care for what I do have transformed this vision into a tangible, spa-like dental studio.
